Cut off halfway.
Finished in full.

Chat assistants are brilliant for a page or a paragraph. Give them a WhatsApp export with three hundred voice notes, a two-hour film to subtitle or a two-hundred-page document, and they summarize, skip or stop halfway, and hand back no file. We built a tool for each of those long jobs. It works through the whole thing piece by piece, shows you the first part free, and gives you the finished file.

Long jobs we finish

Long documents and subtitles

Whole films and seasons of subtitles, book-length PDFs, scanned pages, handwritten notebooks and a year of bank statements. Upload, check the first part free, and get the complete file back.

Handwriting & cursive to text

AI chat
Chatbots guess at cursive: they skip lines, swap names and invent words they cannot read.
NoCutoff
Upload old letters, diaries or notes and get editable text, page by page, with unsure words marked.
First page free · whole document $5 Open →

Image & scanned PDF to text

AI chat
Chatbots read one picture, tidy the wording and give up on a 60-page scan. No file comes back.
NoCutoff
Upload photos, screenshots or a scanned PDF and get the exact text, page by page, as TXT or Word.
First page free · whole document $5 Open →

PDF & scanned tables to Excel

AI chat
Chatbots shift columns, round numbers and paste a table as text. Scanned pages defeat them.
NoCutoff
Upload a PDF or a photo of a table and get real rows and columns as XLSX or CSV.
First page free · whole document $5 Open →

Bank statement to Excel or CSV

AI chat
Chatbots drop transactions and mix up debits and credits, and you cannot tell which rows are wrong.
NoCutoff
Upload a statement PDF and get every transaction with date, description, signed amount and balance.
First page free · whole statement $5 Open →

Translate a whole PDF

AI chat
Chatbots summarize long documents instead of translating them, stop halfway and hand back no file.
NoCutoff
Upload a PDF, even a scanned one, and get every page translated in full as a Word file.
First page free · whole document $5 Open →

Translate a whole subtitle file

AI chat
Chatbots translate part of a long .srt, then stop, merge lines or renumber them, and the file falls out of sync.
NoCutoff
Upload .srt or .vtt files, even a whole season, and get every line translated with the original timings.
First part free · all files $5 Open →

Long recordings and videos

Lectures, interviews, hearings, meetings and podcasts of up to six hours, in the language spoken, with timestamps and an optional translation. Upload the file, check the first part free, and get the whole transcript.

How it works

  1. 1

    Start without an account

Upload your file. No sign-up form stands between you and the result.

  2. 2

    See the first part free

The first messages, lines or pages are done free, so you judge the quality on your own material before you spend anything.

  3. 3

    Pay once for the job

One job, one payment of $5: the whole chat, the whole subtitle file or the whole document. No subscription to remember to cancel.

  4. 4

    Or go Unlimited

$20 a month, or $120 a year, covers every tool on the site.

Why long jobs break in a chat window

A reply in a chat has a practical size limit. When the job is bigger than that, a general assistant does what it is built to do: it keeps the answer readable. It summarizes the middle, skips what looks repetitive, or stops and waits for you to type "continue". Unless you check line by line, you may never notice what is missing.

Some long jobs are also made of files a chat cannot open properly. A WhatsApp export is a text file plus hundreds of audio files; the words people actually said are inside the audio. A subtitle file is useless if one cue is merged or renumbered, because the timing drifts. A scanned book has no text inside it at all, only pictures of pages.

Each tool here is narrow on purpose. It splits the job into pieces it can handle completely, processes every piece with the same instructions, puts them back together in order, and tells you where it was unsure. Message 2,000 gets the same care as message 1, and you get a file at the end.
